David Realty Company Shipping Policy

All tangible products sold on a website of David Realty Company—hereinafter known as DRC—will be shipped for no additional charge by economy mail unless otherwise provided for at the time of purchase.

Most orders will be processed within 3 business days and shipped accordingly. Economy mail generally takes 4–9 business days to arrive after shipment; however, in a few circumstances, it could take 3–5 weeks. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses can take 3–8 weeks to arrive.

For expedited shipments of any tangible products, contact DRC at david@davidrealty.com—attn: David or Phyllis Martin to receive a prompt quotation.

All products sold on DRC websites are fully guaranteed for 60 days, and DRC accepts returns of any product sold on our sites and any shipping cost incurred if the buyer is not completely satisfied. The shipping date stamp on the return package must be within 90 days of the actual purchase date of the product. The buyer can receive their choice of credit towards another purchase or monetary reimbursement.

Downloadable or intangible products sold on our sites do not carry this same guarantee and will be handled on a case-by-case basis if the buyer is not satisfied.
